Description:
In Service Manager there is no relationship available for the user who completed a Manual Activity which makes reporting on the user who completed a Manual Activity impossible. In our environment we assign an Activity to a group and someone in the group completes the activity. In order to track the user who completed the activity a SCSM workflow runs the PowerShell script in this solution to parse the Activity log, determine who completed the Activity and then set the AssignedTo relationship as that user.

There are other solutions to add a relationship and do something similar but this is a solution which does not require any extensions and uses the built in AssignedTo user relationship.

How to setup:
Use the Service Manager Authoring tool to create a new workflow.
Choose Manual Activities as the target and use.
Choose to fire the script when a Manual Activity Status does not equal Completed and then changes to Completed.
Setup a Variable 'MA' to be passed into the script.
Publish your new MP to Service Manager.

Testing
Complete a Manual Activity which is not assigned to yourself.
Once the script runs the activity should be assigned to yourself.

I import this but still i am getting the group name in assignedto instead of user name, could you please send us the snap shots in details.
